                        Watalappam is a delicacy.I have loved since I was a child because it is a sweet delicacy.most of the time I make watalappam once a month.Watalappam is a must for dessert if a guest comes to the house for lunch.

                         When making Watalappam,first put the jagger is finely chapped and kept in a jar.now take coconut milk and dissolve it well using the jaggery kept eartier.then take a bowl and put eggs to it and mix well.and add the jaggery and coconut milk mixture.add sugar to it,add enough salt and cashews on top,place in a clean bowl,cover well and allow to steam.


In like that we can make testy Watalappam.wwhen food is served.then there is a desire to eat the food. You can also make delicious Watalappam .
